Your Role as a Marketing Operations Coordinator:
As a Marketing Operations Coordinator at StrategyByte, you'll play a central role in our marketing and operational activities. Based in our Blacktown office, you'll work closely with our team to gather business insights, craft marketing strategies, and ensure seamless collaboration to deliver exceptional results for our clients and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business and Marketing Strategy:
- Gather and document business requirements and goals for StrategyByte and its clients.
- Develop and document tailored marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Ideate, create, and manage content calendars for StrategyByte and its clients.
- Collect content materials from clients and coordinate their creation according to the content calendar.
- Brief designers on content requirements and provide constructive feedback on their work.
- Team Collaboration:
- Regularly communicate with designers to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with ad specialists to align ad strategies with overarching marketing goals.
- Work alongside web developers to ensure websites align with the overall marketing strategies.
- Campaign Management and Performance Analysis:
- Manage social media accounts for StrategyByte and its clients, ensuring engaging and consistent content.
- Create and implement email marketing strategies using platforms like HubSpot.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for StrategyByte and its clients.
- Analyse performance data from Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and HubSpot CRM to identify trends and refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Develop detailed, actionable reports to guide internal teams and provide client recommendations.
- Operational Excellence:
- Manage the operational activities of the marketing team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Support the sales team in business development efforts.
- Handle ad-hoc activities and contribute to the overall success of the team.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Education:
- Currently undertaking a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or a relevant field at a recognised university.
- Experience:
- Some relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and use digital tools and platforms.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A curiosity to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivation with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
