We're Swyft Finance, an Australian asset-finance brokerage that just turned 4 years old — born out of a bedroom with cold calls and big ambitions.
We're not corporate. We're lean, fast, and operate like a Navy SEAL team of finance — efficient, technical, and proud of being volume-dense and process-driven.
Our focus is commercial and consumer asset finance, equipment loans, and personal finance.
We're now entering our next phase: building our own app for deal originations and using AI and automation to drive growth.

The Role
This is a hands-on operations role with a strong systems and process focus.
You'll work directly alongside the Director and our offshore team to handle the full loan lifecycle — from client onboarding through to settlement — while helping us design better processes along the way.
For the first three months, this will be an office-based role (Sydney) so you can quickly learn, understand our systems, and help us capture low-hanging operational wins.
After that, hybrid flexibility opens up as you gain mastery.
What You'll Do
- Manage loan applications end-to-end (submission, lender liaison, client follow-up, settlement).
- Ensure compliance with NCCP, aggregator, and lender requirements.
- Manage communication with clients, referrers, lenders, and dealerships — emails, calls, follow-ups.
- Build and document internal SOPs and best practices for client service and deal processing.
- Use our tech stack (Pipedrive, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, Aircall, Google Drive, Notion).
- Contribute ideas as we build our internal app for deal originations.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest workflow or automation improvements.
- Assist in creating call scripts, templates, and email campaigns to improve client experience.
- Keep your cool under pressure — one moment you're handling a client call, the next you're documenting process improvements.

Career Growth
- After month 2, we'll sponsor your Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.
- Over time, you can scale into Broker or Operations Director as the business grows.
Package & Tools
- $65,000 – $100,000 package (incl. bonus) based on experience and performance.
- Laptop and phone provided.
- Office-first (first 3 months), then hybrid (3 days a week).
- Direct mentorship from the Director in both operations and systems building.
