About The Role
Following the continued success and expansion of our Enterprise Resilience program, we're looking to appoint an Analyst to support the delivery of resilience activities across Allianz Australia. This role provides hands-on experience across all operational resilience domains, including Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Incident Coordination, Physical Security Management, and Emergency Response. You'll work closely with consultants and managers to help execute the annual resilience lifecycle, maintain documentation and systems, support exercises and reporting, and contribute to uplift initiatives. - Support the execution of the annual resilience lifecycle, including BIAs, risk assessments, testing, training, and post-incident reviews across all resilience domains.
- Assist in maintaining and updating documentation, plans, and tools for Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Incident Coordination, Physical Security Management, and Emergency Response.
- Contribute to the coordination and delivery of exercises and simulations, helping teams prepare for and respond to disruptive events.
- Help track and report on resilience activities, metrics, and compliance requirements, supporting internal governance and external regulatory obligations.
- Collaborate with consultants, managers, and stakeholders across Cyber, IT, Risk, and the Business to ensure resilience practices are embedded and understood.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Enterprise Resilience team, including meeting coordination, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support compliance with CPS 230 and Allianz Group Protection & Resilience standards by maintaining accurate records and contributing to governance activities.
- Maintain and update resilience data in relevant systems and tools (e.g., Adonis, ServiceNow), ensuring accuracy and traceability across lifecycle activities.
About You
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as risk management, business, emergency management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage data, documentation, and reporting with accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and engage stakeholders.
- Curious and proactive, with a willingness to learn and contribute across all resilience domains including business continuity, crisis management, and incident coordination.
- Organised and reliable, with sound planning and prioritisation skills to support delivery of the annual resilience lifecycle.
- Familiarity with resilience tools or systems (e.g., Adonis, ServiceNow, Archer) is desirable but not essential training will be provided.
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
