We're seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Operations team and take ownership of commercial and fit-out projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with our site foremen, suppliers, and clients to ensure every project runs smoothly and delivers on our promise of quality.

The Role

You'll be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery, from procurement to client updates, variations, and final handover. With a strong focus on communication and attention to detail, you'll be a key point of contact for both our clients and our internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Source and vet quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage procurement and coordinate day-to-day supplier activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring timely communication.
  • Oversee variations, claims, and program schedules.
  • Support site foremen to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Finalise projects with a smooth and professional handover.

About You

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the construction industry.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and fit-out project delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and solutions-focused.
