THE ROLE

As the ER Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering expert support across a range of employee relation matters. Reporting to a highly experienced Operations Manager, you'll partner with HRBPs and line leaders to manage complex casework, performance management, investigations, disciplinary actions and greivances. 

You'll play a key role in risk mitigation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies, while helping to uplift ER capability across the broader business. There will also be scope to contribute to policy development and projects related to workplace culture, dispute resolution, and process improvement.

THE CRIETERIAYou are a confident and pragmatic ER professional with 5 Years+ experience. You will have deep understanding of the Australian Workplace Relations System coupled with experience in the application of employment legislation, HR policies and processes and capability to apply governance, compliance and frameworks.
