The Opportunity

We are looking for a talented and driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. If you're passionate about property development and have a flair for creating impactful marketing strategies, this is your chance to take ownership of exciting projects and make a real impact on our brand growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness and support business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences for boutique homes.
  • Lead marketing campaigns across multiple channels – digital, print, social, and events.
  • Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, videos, 3D renders, and social media content.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, SEM, and paid ads with performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, photographers, and designers to deliver high-quality marketing assets.
  • Plan and manage display home launches, open days, and community engagement events.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and culturally diverse clients, particularlywithin the Indian market.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years' marketing experience, ideally in construction, property development, or real estate.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
