Transaction Services – Manager / Senior Manager / Director (Financial Due Diligence) | Sydney or Melbourne | Open to International Relocation + Visa Sponsorship

We're looking for experienced professionals at
Manager

Senior Manager

Director
levels to help deliver end-to-end transaction diligence services before, during, and after the deal.

What you'll do:

  • Lead or contribute to financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions and disposals.
  • Analyse financial and operational results of target businesses through accounting reviews and management interviews.
  • Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information and identify key issues impacting deal structure and valuation.
  • Manage project workflows and stakeholder communications.
  • Support business development through proposal writing, client relationship building, and demonstrating sector knowledge.

What we're looking for:

  • Background in accounting, finance, economics, or business (Bachelor's or Master's).
  • CA qualification (or international equivalent).
  • Prior experience in transaction diligence, M&A, external audit, or restructuring.
  • Strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and a collaborative mindset.
  • For Director-level candidates: proven leadership in managing complex engagements and developing client relationships.
