To support our continued growth, we're seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Supply & Demand Planning Manager to lead our Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Order Management function in a newly created role, based at our Cambridge (TAS) site.

About The Role
As the Supply & Demand Planning Manager, you will be responsible for driving our end-to-end supply chain planning processes, overseeing demand forecasting, production and materials planning, inventory optimization, and logistics coordination. You'll lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycle and collaborate across Commercial, Procurement, Operations, and R&D teams to ensure we meet service, cost, and growth targets.

This role is critical to aligning supply with demand and contributing to key strategic outcomes across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and embed the monthly IBP cycle, aligning demand, supply, inventory, and financial forecasting. Develop and execute the company's supply and demand strategy to support service excellence, inventory health, and margin improvement. Oversee production and material planning in collaboration with internal and external supply points. Partner with sales and marketing teams to deliver accurate demand forecasts and scenario planning. Manage planning parameters, data quality, and system integrity in ERP and planning platforms. Lead a team across supply planning and customer service, fostering continuous improvement and performance culture. Monitor and report on key KPIs: OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory days, capacity utilization, and stock-out rates.

What You'll Bring
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management or planning in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record implementing or running Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or S&OP cycles. Strong analytical and systems capability, with ERP/MRP system experience (SAP or similar). Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. A passion for sustainability, innovation, and continuous improvement. Experience in the aquaculture, agriculture or FMCG sector is highly desirable.
