A rapidly expanding manufacturing company is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Showroom Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the sales activities at our showroom, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist clients visiting and calling the showroom, providing information on product features, benefits, and pricing. - Collaborate with sales representatives and technical team to understand clients' needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. - Create and deliver sales proposals, follow up on leads and close sales. - Manage the showroom database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. - Organize and oversee events and promotions at the showroom. - Participate in trade shows and other marketing activities to drive sales growth. Manage and schedule installations.

Requirements: - A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, preferably in the window and door or construction industry - Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with clients. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to client needs. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - A passion for design and home improvement products is a plus.
