ONE FULL TIME AND ONE CASUAL POSITION AVAILABLE.

Due to the growth of the business an exciting opportunity exists for multiple experienced and highly motivated Line Chefs to join the team. We are seeking a full time Chef and one or more casual employees. These positions will suit suitably qualified people with passion and drive to maintain our outstanding reputation.

We expect the casual role to offer around 30 hours per week and this will include nights and weekends. The Full Time role will be a mix of split and straight shifts across lunch and dinner over 7 days.

Demonstrated experience and the ability to succeed in the following areas will be highly regarded.

  • Providing outstanding meals on a consistent basis.
  • Awareness of food safety and OHS legislation.
  • Team building and leadership.
  • A passion and love of good food.
  • Menu development and planning.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills.

The successful applicants will have minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role, be creative, inspirational & dedicated to the ongoing growth & development of the kitchen.
