As our Head Chef you'll need to:

  • Lead a team of talented chefs, fostering a positive and collaborative kitchen environment.
  • Exposure to fine dining is essential
  • Develop and implement innovative seasonal menus that showcase your culinary expertise.
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and food safety.
  • Maintain a strong focus on cost control and manage inventory effectively.
  • Stay current on culinary trends and techniques.

We're looking for a chef who:

  • Has a proven track record of developing and implementing successful menus.
  • Hands-on leadership skills with ability to train and inspire a team.
  • A values driven individual who celebrates diversity and inclusion while building a positive, friendly and professional culture.
  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and consistency.
  • Maintains a high level of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • The flexibility to work across a weekends and peak holiday periods.
