The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Demonstrated experience as a cook or chef in a high-volume restaurant or casual fine-dining venue
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cook or chef in a professional kitchen environment
  • Strong understanding of Aus food safety standards and hygiene
  • Current Food Handler Certificate demonstrating knowledge of Australian food safety standards
  • Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
  • Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude, bringing energy, creativity and a love for hospitality every day
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate with a passionate team across multiple venues and contribute to menu development and seasonal specials.
