Starr Partners Baulkham Hills is offering a rare and exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our growing business. property management team, and administrative support - you'll have everything you need to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities include:

  • Actively prospecting, sourcing and securing new business opportunities to grow the rent roll.
  • Conducting professional appraisals and listing presentations.
  • Building and maintaining a prospective client database with consistent follow-up to convert leads into appraisals and listings, including collaborating with other departments for referrals.
  • Negotiating fees and working with the team coordinator to prepare all required documentation for new listings.
  • Representing the agency at open homes to enhance brand awareness.
  • Upholding compliance with legislation and delivering exceptional service to clients.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven Real Estate experience as a BDM or in a sales role, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication skills, and professional presentation.
  • A Real Estate Licence (Class 1 or 2) and up to date CPD.
  • A current driver's licence, and reliable car.
  • Availability to work Part-time and move to full - time role later, 5 days a week, including Saturdays.
  • A results-driven, proactive approach with the hunger to succeed in a competitive environment.
