About Us

Le Petit Château is a French-inspired brunch café located on Collins Street in the Melbourne CBD. We are expanding our kitchen team and looking for a reliable, passionate Cook who enjoys creating beautifully presented dishes in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and plate brunch dishes (crepes, toasts, sandwiches, eggs, etc.) to a high standard
  • Maintain a clean and organised workstation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures
  • Work efficiently during busy service and communicate well with FOH & BOH teams

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a café or restaurant kitchen
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Reliable, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
  • Weekend availability required
