Thompson & Robinson smash repairs have a position available in our reception.
This role is flexible in hours (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm full time, part time or casual) & can accommodate a job share position for multiple eligible candidates.
Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to the following-
- Greet customers on arrival.
- Book transportation to & from our facility.
- Contact customers to arrange repair & completion dates.
- Liase with parts suppliers for parts orders.
- Liase with insurance claim consultants.
- Assist with stock deliveries & receipting of invoices.
No experience is necessary; we are happy to train anyone who wants to be part of our team
However, A high standard of people skills & communication is required.
