Thompson & Robinson smash repairs have a position available in our reception.

This role is flexible in hours (Mon-Fri 7am-5pm full time, part time or casual) & can accommodate a job share position for multiple eligible candidates.

Primary responsibilities are, but not limited to the following-

  1. Greet customers on arrival.
  2. Book transportation to & from our facility.
  3. Contact customers to arrange repair & completion dates.
  4. Liase with parts suppliers for parts orders.
  5. Liase with insurance claim consultants.
  6. Assist with stock deliveries & receipting of invoices.

No experience is necessary; we are happy to train anyone who wants to be part of our team

However, A high standard of people skills & communication is required.
