About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented team member who enjoys working with people and keeping things organised. This role involves daily customer service at our showroom counter as well as handling phone and email enquiries, order processing, and sales administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional service to customers via phone, email, and at the front counter
  • Assist walk-in customers with product selection and ordering
  • Accurately process orders, quotes, and product requests
  • Support the External Sales team with administration and coordination
  • Liaise with suppliers for product information and stock availability
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and support clients better

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or administration
  • A "customer-first" attitude and strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confidence dealing with business clients and suppliers
  • Experience in order processing, internal sales, or retail is a plus
