Customer Service Team Members

Here at Collegians, everyone who works at our venues play a part in making sure our customers have an experience that they will remember and talk about.

We are seeking to recruit energetic, dedicated and customer orientated team players with exceptional customer service skills to join our teams in the following areas;

  • Bistro and Café
  • Bar and Cellar
  • Gaming
  • Reception

To be considered for this role you must be available to work a mix of shifts including days, nights, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

We are looking for people who possess the following to work across our 4 venues located around the Illawarra:

  • Impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills
  • An outstanding customer service focus and the ability to deliver a high-level of service
  • Friendly, outgoing, and hard-working
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work unsupervised and be self-motivated

Prior experience not essential as on the job training will be provided

RSA & RCG competencies are required or willing to be obtained
