Business Development Manager - Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

Based in Ormeau, this business development role will see you inheriting a number of existing accounts across Southern Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern Rivers with the aim of driving revenue growth in the region.

Working independently and reporting to the Operations Manager based in Brisbane, you will need to plan, develop and implement sales strategies to deliver outcomes.

About Florite HVAC Pty Ltd

Established in the early 2000's, Florite HVAC is an independently owned and operated HVAC duct manufacturer and site install company, supplying and installing Australian made ductwork to the HVAC industry. Florite HVAC is a part of the TMO services group of companies which is a major supplier to HVAC Hygiene services industry.

About You:

  • Results-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities and delivering strategic outcomes.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Ideally have a trade background in the HVAC industry or applicable experience in an associated field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
