We are an independent grocery and liquor store, providing a convenient and community focused shopping experience for our local customers. As an independent retailer, we strive to provide and maintain a community focused relationship with our customers. This ensures we continually evolve our product range to best suit our customer's needs.

We are now looking for a part time or full time Marketing Manager to join our team.

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to help the stores engage with the community. We're looking for a go-getting who will make the role your own with your initiative to promote the business with an increased social media presence and liaising with external website designers to highlight our standing within the community.

You will need to hit the ground running and will able to work autonomously to meet deadlines. Situated in Altona is a fun and dynamic workplace that is welcoming of new ideas and promotes open communication.

Job Description

Lead the development and execution of a clearly stated marketing strategy

Drive marketing and PR efforts to maximise brand and store awareness

Identify and develop analytic impact measurement tools that can be used to capture customers and instore learnings to improve the store experience and maximise KPIs

Connect with team members to gather and create content

Work towards a comprehensive calendar and critical path

Qualifications

A proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing strategies within food and beverage.

Ability to create and maintain strong relationships with people across wide-ranging disciplines, and balance the needs of staff members and stakeholders.

Excellent written, visual, verbal, editing and communication skills are a must

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 – $1,200.00 per week
