About the Role

We are seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to join our warehouse team.

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the safe, efficient, and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. You'll lead a small dedicated team, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and implement best-practice processes to support business growth.

Hours are 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and develop warehouse staff to ensure high performance
  • Allocate tasks and resources effectively to meet operational goals

Operations

  • Manage all inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts, and stocktakes
  • Monitor and manage slow-moving and obsolete stock
  • Ensure OHS compliance and internal quality systems
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised warehouse environment

Performance

  • Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with Office staff and driver teams to ensure seamless scheduling and communication

  • Current Forklift Licence (essential)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lilydale VIC 3140: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Warehouse distribution: 2 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Forklift Licence (Required)

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)
