Now, we're looking for a standout Investment Property Specialist to join our team and help more Australians take control of their financial future by putting their surplus to work through property.
This Isn't Traditional Real Estate. This Is The Money Play.
No cold calling. No door knocking. No weekend open homes. No competing for listings.
Instead, you'll work with warm, pre-qualified clients who already understand the value of what we do. Your role? Guide them with confidence through a proven process, matching them with high-quality properties that align with their financial goals, surplus, and our rigorous research.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Build meaningful relationships to understand client goals and recommend tailored investment property solutions from our national portfolio.
- Help clients identify their surplus and activate it as part of a long-term investment strategy.
- Follow up proactively to provide clarity, overcome objections, and help clients make confident, informed decisions.
- Support clients on their long-term wealth journey as they grow their portfolios.
- Keep communication sharp, timely, and professional via our bespoke CRM.
- Collaborate with our research team and occasionally travel to inspect new developments.

Who You Are:
You love property. You understand people. You thrive on trust, clear systems, and the satisfaction of helping others achieve big things. You're not chasing deals — you're building relationships and delivering outcomes.
Ideally, you'll have:
- A strong background in property sales, ideally house and land (training provided if needed).
- A current NSW Real Estate License and willingness to secure mutual recognition in QLD, VIC, SA (potential pathway to Licensee-in-Charge).
- Excellent communication skills — face-to-face, via video, and over the phone.
- A results-driven mindset with accountability, motivation, and a desire to exceed expectations.
- A genuine passion for property, wealth-building, and educating clients.
- A team-oriented attitude with great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- A proven history as a high-income earner with ambitions to keep performing at a high level.
