We're on the lookout for an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join a high-performing team supporting mission-critical production systems. You'll be working across onshore and offshore DBA teams, keeping databases running smoothly, secure, and optimised in both PROD and Non-PROD environments.

What You'll Do

  • Support production database operations, incident response, and problem resolution
  • Perform backups, recovery, patching, refresh/restore, and configuration management
  • Install and maintain DBMS across environments
  • Handle user tickets, code deployments, and day-to-day database maintenance
  • Run daily health checks and monitor database performance
  • Work with database clusters, Data Guard environments, expdp/impdp, and related tools
  • Provide input to improve procedures and documentation
  • Nice to have: Azure cloud, Goldengate, OEM, Shell scripting

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years' experience as an Oracle DBA in enterprise environments
  • Solid skills in Oracle DBA, PL/SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a mixed onshore/offshore team setup
  • Baseline Security Clearance (must be an Australian Citizen)
