Job Description

The position of Database Administrator Lead is available in a dynamic organization that values innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the management of database products, ensuring the adoption of latest technologies to add value to the organization.
  • Manage software/systems licenses, minimizing product-related incidents through effective collaboration with Operations & Build Teams.
  • Maintain database standards and patterns for existing and new services.

Qualifications and Experience:

To be successful as a Database Administrator Lead, you should have:

  • A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, along with certifications in Oracle and Microsoft DBA.
  • At least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, particularly in technology-led roles, including 5 years as a MSSQL DBA or Oracle DBA.

Desirable Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Oracle (19c and below) and MSSQL (2019 and below) databases, on-prem and on public cloud platforms.
  • Experience working with cloud databases, vendor management, communication skills, stakeholder management, and risk management.
