**Job Opportunity: Oracle EBS Customer Service Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a crucial role within our organization. As an Oracle EBS Customer Service Functional Consultant, you will play a key part in implementing solutions that drive quantifiable benefits for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with multiple full cycle implementations of Oracle EBS Customer Service modules (Service Contracts, Install Base and Depot Repair) and be able to provide consulting and advisory services on various initiatives. They should also have excellent communication skills, being able to effectively communicate with offshore teams and manage offshore delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Implementing solutions that deliver quantifiable benefits to clients
  • Providing advice and guidance to customers on process improvements and efficiencies through the implementation of Oracle EBS Customer Service modules
  • Working closely with client SMEs and stakeholders to familiarize them with Oracle Customer Service capabilities and support them in decision-making and solution development
  • Broad range of implementation activities including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation, testing, report development, training, data migration, knowledge transfer, UAT support, production go-live, hyper-care, and transition to the support organization

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Experience in Oracle EBS Customer Service modules (Service Contracts, Install Base and Depot Repair)
  • Multiple full cycle of Oracle EBS Customer Service modules implementations
  • Ability to understand business processes and requirements and translate these into system solutions, resolving any business issues
  • Strong, fluent, and confident communication skills
