Our client is a leading Automation Solutions Provider who works across a number of industries including manufacturing, FMCG, resources and many others. Their unique software solutions empower clients with cutting-edge solutions to optimize their processes.

We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our clients' growing team in Brisbane. In this role, you'll combine your technical expertise with your love for problem-solving to help their customers unlock the full potential of their unique software. You'll be a trusted advisor, guiding clients through product implementations, delivering impactful technical demonstrations, and helping them thrive with cutting-edge automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver technical demonstrations and web demos showcasing the in-house software capabilities.
  • Host training sessions to educate customers and provide hands-on certification.
  • Assist in building customized solutions by analyzing customer requirements.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events.
  • Proactively drive Ignition adoption and foster relationships with enterprise accounts and integrators.
  • Collaborate on internal projects, support distributors, and contribute to building technical resources.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-7+ years in programming, databases, or automation & control systems.
  • Excellent communication, technical curiosity and an ability to deliver engaging demos.
