The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to join the WA team at Essential Coffee in Bibra Lake in a broader role as a Trainee Coffee Machine Technician working out of our main office and workshop.

You will be part of a customer focused service team in a successful Australian owned international business. You will gain experience working with the service team in the workshop repairing commercial coffee and slush machines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commission and repair of hot and cold beverage dispensing machines
  • Diagnosis and problem-solving technical issues
  • Reconditioning of parts
  • Assisting customers over the phone when required
  • Logging jobs into our service program
  • General stock control
  • General workshop and warehouse duties

Requirements for Role:

  • A current driver's license – manual preferred but not essential
  • The right to work in Australia without sponsorship
  • National Police check / blue card, or ability to obtain at start date paid by the company
  • All vaccinations up to date (Flu and Covid-19 - staff are required to attend business's that require full vaccination)
