The Role

Millennium Services Group Ltd are looking for two (2) Security Control Room Operators for major retail assets across the North and South of the River, who want to work in a dynamic environment, with a great team of experienced, qualified and motivated security team.

This is a full-time position operating on a rotating roster, 12-hour shift and with weekend required. Flexibility is essential to accommodate operational needs.

Our Security personnel are responsible for delivering the highest standards of both customer and security services, Is this you?

These roles require experienced individuals and those new staff willing to learn and develop excellent knowledge in site security, building management and fire control systems; under the application of standard operating procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Security License

  • Basic First Aid and CPR certification

  • Previous experience in a retail environment (highly regarded)

  • Availability for day/night and weekday/weekend shifts

  • Available for rotating roster and 12-hour shifts

  • Reliable transportation (preferred).

Experience in retail and commercial Concierge based work is of assistance. Control room experience highly regarded.

In addition to excellent communication skills and six-star customer service attributes, the role requires the aptitude and knowledge to apply security risk and hazard management principles in the work environment. The ability to maintain strong working relationships with Clients and key stakeholders including local Police to deliver security that meet the needs of the site, will be paramount to your success in this role.
