O Bar and Dining offers an immersive experience that embodies the essence of luxury dining in the heart of Sydney's most iconic cityscapes. Revolving on the 47th floor of Australia Square, our unique circular room is divided into a restaurant, lounge bar, private dining room and event space.

We are an owner operated business with a strong and loyal team at the helm, you will be working alongside passionate, motivated and supportive people.


Current Opportunities
Restaurant Waiters
  • Minimum two years' experience in a high-end, high-volume à la carte restaurant
  • Excellent knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service
  • Confident with upselling, sequence of service, and using POS systems
  • Clear communicator with a polished appearance and guest-focused attitude
  • Able to multitask and perform under pressure
Cocktail Waitresses
  • Proven experience in a premium bar or lounge environment
  • Strong understanding of cocktail and spirit service
  • Naturally engaging, confident, and professional presentation
  • Able to collaborate closely with bar and floor teams to ensure seamless service
  • Warm, energetic personality with a strong sense of hospitality
Runners
  • Great entry-level opportunity for those aspiring to grow in high-end dining
  • Fast, organized, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
  • Able to communicate effectively between kitchen and floor staff
  • Willingness to learn and support senior waitstaff and the broader team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
