About the role
Reporting into a cross-functional squad, the Senior Product Manager will work with data scientists, engineers, and sales to turn technical capabilities into measurable client value. The role is end-to-end, from onboarding and API design to model development and platform enhancement.

Duties/Key responsibilities
- Prioritise model development and platform enhancements based on client demand, effort, and impact.
- Define and maintain external APIs for seamless lender integration
- Lead client onboarding and ensure quick implementation.
- Continuously discover and define product direction through user interviews and market analysis.
- Track and report on KPIs including API latency, onboarding time, and model performance.
Skills and experience
- 5+ years in product roles, particularly in SaaS and data-driven environments.
- Experience delivering B2B solutions.
- Experience with machine learning workflows, data pipelines, and basic SQL/Python.
- Proven ability to design APIs and manage complex integrations.
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify technical and regulatory concepts.
- Commercially minded and outcome driven.
