The Southern Hotel is currently looking for a duty manager to assist in our day to day operations.

You will be part of an established team with set structures and standards. With a leader not follower attitude, The Southern has set the benchmarks in gaming, quality pub grub and live sport entertainment. Backed by a senior managment team that is there to assist, you will be able to achieve your goals through continual communication and support.

YOU WILL BE GIVEN:

YOU WILL NEED:

  • A minimum of 2 years equivalent experience
  • A positive can do flexible attitude

  • Rotating roster including nights and weekends
