We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Accounts Clerk to join our team based in the Sydney CBD on a full-time permanent basis.

About the role

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinate the processing of allocated client invoicing and reporting daily
  • Manage the accounts inbox daily
  • Set up new suppliers in the accounting system
  • Electronically file all accounts documentation in iManage
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • General ledger reconciliations

About you

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a legal accounts clerk
  • Knowledge of general accounting functions (such as general ledger, bank reconciliations and trust accounting rules and regulations)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, advanced Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise your work
  • Experience with Affinity (advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a law firm or professional services firm (highly desirable)
