The Opportunity?

We are seeking a Principal Lawyer to join our Commercial team. This role offers the autonomy to manage and grow your practice, supported by the resources and reputation of Western Sydney's leading law firm. You will work with a sophisticated client base on complex matters, contribute to the strategic direction of the practice, and play an active role in mentoring and developing the next generation of lawyers. This is an opportunity to step into genuine leadership while being backed by a firm committed to your long-term success.

What Are We Looking For?

  • We are looking for an experienced practitioner who brings both expertise and leadership:
  • 10+ years PQE in commercial law, with a demonstrated record of delivering clear and commercially astute advice
  • Proven ability to build, manage and grow strong client relationships
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture
  • Strategic thinking and the ambition to contribute not only as a practitioner, but as a leader in shaping the future of the firm
