Join Our Team - Senior Lawyer - Employment / Workplace Investigations (5-8 years PAE).

Workdynamic Australia is a multi-award-winning law firm with offices in Sydney and Melbourne, specialising in all aspects of employment law, industrial relations and complex workplace investigations. We proudly serve a diverse range of corporate and public sector clients, including government agencies and departments, ASX100 companies, leading universities and businesses of all sizes across a range of industries including retail, manufacturing, healthcare, aviation, tertiary education and professional services.
We're currently seeking a talented and high-performing Senior Lawyer to join our growing Sydney team.

Role Requirements
- Admission to practise in an Australian state or territory and at least 5 years' PQE, with experience principally in employment, labour and industrial relations law, preferably from a law practice.
- Ongoing right to work in Australia.
- Strong communication, legal research, analytical and drafting skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse, high-volume workload and maintain client service standards.
- Exceptional client service skills including the ability to support the growth and management of key client relationships.
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate effectively in a busy and high performing team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct witness interviews in an effective and sensitive manner.
- Ability to lead significant matters with minimal supervision, including proactive cost management and scoping of matters.
