You have a passion for all things property and are in awe of all the high-rise buildings going up across the city. You love being hands on and soaking up as much learning and experience as you can.
You find absolute pleasure in poking holes at your opponent's arguments and can draft affidavits worthy of the Nobel peace prize.
You know exactly what you want from your career. You don't want an average lawyer position where you are at the bottom of a multi-layered hierarchy, with mundane duties and limited exposure. You're hungry for a challenging, busy, broad and vital role, but one that also focuses on team work and prioritises work/life balance.
Perhaps you haven't considered Strata Law before, so let me fill you in: It's a mix of property law, building & construction law, commercial litigation and environmental planning law, plus all the strata legislation perched on top.

You will be part of a small but growing team, working closely with the principal, who is a brilliant lawyer with over a decade experience in strata law, and is committed to developing and challenging you in every area of Strata Law.
You will help the owner both manage and progress legal matters as well as be involved in the business development allowing the business to grow even further.
