We are currently looking for a
New Business Development Manager
to expand Bepoz's footprint across the hospitality sector in NSW. As our new BDM you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and strengthen Bepoz's market position. Reporting directly to the CEO, the New Business Development Manager will be a key member of a strong Sales team, operating with a hunter mentality to build a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Success in this role will require you to have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, exceptional sales execution skills, and the ability to foster trusted relationships with clients. This is a client-facing role that requires regular onsite meetings with prospective customers and in-office collaboration to achieve individual and team sales targets. You will proactively identify, target, and secure new client opportunities within the hospitality sector.

Key Role Requirements:

Client Relationship Management.

You will build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients across all key segments, with regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to align Bepoz with client goals. You will be the main escalation point for client issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution and grow to understand client objectives and tailor solutions to support their success.

Growth & Retention.

  • Own and drive the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, customer interactions, proposals, and forecasting within the CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Ensure the Bepoz sales process is followed with discipline, to provide full visibility to leadership teams on pipeline status and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, Implementation, Support) to ensure client needs are consistently understood and addressed throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and transition of new client, post-sale.

Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Identify new logo opportunities through market research and industry insights.

Cross-functional Collaboration.

  • Work closely with our Marketing team to build targeted lead generation campaigns, refine messaging, and execute promotional initiatives that support sales objectives.
  • Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure customer solutions are implemented and they are able to fully realise the product benefits.
  • Provide sector feedback and updates on competitors including new functionality and commercial offerings.

Industry Knowledge and Professional Development.

  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory changes in the hospitality and payments industries and actively participate in industry forums.
  • Continuously upgrade product knowledge, sales and soft skills through training and self-learning.
  • Advocate internally for customer-centric thinking, representing the voice of the customer in internal strategy discussions.

What we are looking for.

  • Ideally
    5+ years' experience in Hospitality or Payments Sales in N.S.W.
  • Proven ability to convert leads to sales.
  • A can do and proactive attitude.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Your own car.
  • Excellent renumeration package with uncapped commission.
