About the role

Are you a results-driven construction leader with a passion for delivering excellence in project and operational outcomes? We're seeking a Regional Manager to oversee project delivery in our Southern Region, with responsibility across both Project Management and Construction teams.

This is a senior leadership position for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and can align field execution with commercial strategy to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

About the Role:

As the Regional Manager, you will:

  • Directly lead the Project Management Team (PMs, PEs) and the construction team through Regional Operations Manager.
  • Be accountable for project delivery performance, commercial results, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive collaboration between project management and construction teams.
  • Mentor and develop emerging leaders across technical and field-based roles.
  • Ensure systems, budgets, programs, safety and quality standards are upheld.

What You Bring:

  • Engineering qualification with project and commercial management experience.
  • Proven leadership in civil construction, ground engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of field operations and self-perform construction methods.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on operational execution skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Based in Sydney with flexibility to travel within the region as needed.

Preferred Industry Experience:

  • Ground engineering, drilling, civil, concrete, tunnelling, or rail.
  • Experience working in high-compliance environments (e.g. rail, government, Tier 1 infrastructure).
  • Background in businesses that self-perform core construction tasks.
