Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, we're looking for a talented Senior/Statistical Programmer to join our team in Australia.

About The Role

Reporting to the Manager, Statistical Programming, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Review of the statistical analysis plans and mock outputs;
  2. SAS programming of randomization schedules, derived datasets and study outputs;
  3. Validation of SAS programs;
  4. SDTM & ADaM programming;
  5. Review of study database designs and data management documentation;
  6. Provide SAS programming support to Data Management including data reconciliations, complex consistency checks and raw data listings;
  7. Contribute to the development of new SOPs and the review of SOPs; and
  8. Perform additional duties as required.
To be successful in this role, we're looking for candidates with:
  1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in statistical programming, preferably in the CRO environment;
  2. Familiarity with CDISC and industry-related standards and guidelines;
  3. A sound knowledge and understanding of regulations governing clinical research, ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable regulations;
  4. Strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a dynamic environment with competing projects and deadlines;
  5. Exceptional communication skills as well as strong analytical and conceptual capabilities, interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate with clarity;
  6. Demonstrated business ethics and integrity;
  7. Appropriate tertiary qualifications in the medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare disciplines.
