Leading the Product team, the Product Manager will be responsible for driving innovation across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities to differentiate Southern Crossings in the market, and curating unique travel experiences that reflect the brand's premium positioning.

- Provide oversight and leadership to the Product team to ensure that pricing and product content is accurately and promptly uploaded into Tourwriter, including contract amendments and special conditions. Ensure timely communication of these updates to the wider Southern Crossings Australia team.
- Develop innovative and compelling suggested itineraries and promotional offers for travel trade partners, including tour operators, travel agencies, and media, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and commercial goals.
- Provide guidance and support to the Travel Design team, alongside the Product Assistant, by responding to product-related queries and offering timely sales support to assist with itinerary creation and supplier recommendations.
- Organise and lead supplier training sessions for internal teams to ensure product knowledge remains current and comprehensive across the business.
- Build and maintain preferred relationships with key suppliers, fostering collaboration that enhances the quality, creativity, and profitability of the Southern Crossings product offering.
- Drive the research, development, design and negotiation of new and innovative product opportunities, including exclusive experiences, to differentiate Southern Crossings in the luxury travel market and meet evolving client expectations.
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of trade famils to support business development objectives, ensuring itineraries showcase the best of the Southern Crossings portfolio.
