What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow key accounts while hunting and winning new business opportunities.
  • Use consultative selling and discovery skills to understand client challenges and craft tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships at all levels of client organisations.
  • Apply proven sales methods like MEDDPICC, Challenger or SPIN to qualify opportunities, forecast and close deals.
  • Work closely with technical, engineering and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly.
  • Keep your pipeline healthy and consistently hit or exceed targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or a closely-related industry.
  • A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Competitive drive paired with a genuine desire to deliver effective solutions for clients.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a relationship-first mindset.
  • Comfortable managing both large enterprise accounts and smaller one-off projects.
  • Experience with audiovisual, ICT or integration solutions is a bonus, but your attitude, curiosity and resilience matter most.
