data that helps us understand and engage with them. We?re looking for a
hands-on, curious, and technically capable Data & Insights Coordinator to
help us deliver smarter decisions, stronger campaigns, and record-breaking
results.

About
the Role

We?re seeking a detail-driven Data &
Insights Coordinator to manage and optimise the Club?s fan and customer data.
Working closely with the Data & Insights Manager and teams across
membership, marketing, retail, hospitality, ticketing, and commercial, you?ll
deliver accurate reporting, uncover actionable insights, and ensure our data
systems are powering smarter decisions and stronger results.

In this
role, you will:

  • Manage and maintain key fan and
    customer data sets across membership, ticketing, retail, hospitality, and
    marketing.
  • Build and maintain Tableau
    dashboards and reports in Salesforce to track sales, campaigns, and
    engagement in real time.
  • Analyse fan behaviours and
    trends to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy,
    and compliance with industry best practice and AFL standards.
  • Work closely with teams across
    the Club ? from marketing to corporate partnerships ? to turn insights
    into action.
  • Collaborate with AFL Data &
    Technology teams to leverage league-wide insights for competitive
    advantage.

What
We?re Looking For

Essential:

  • 1?3 years? experience in a
    data, business, or marketing analytics role.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft
    Excel and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Some experience (or a
    willingness to learn) SQL, Python, or R.
  • A proactive mindset and the
    ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical
    audiences.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Business Analytics,
    Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM systems
    such as Salesforce or ticketing platforms.
  • A passion for sport, fans, and
    creating unforgettable experiences.
