Lead the charge in growing our passionate fanbase and
driving commercial success

The Port Adelaide Football Club is seeking an experienced
Marketing Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving fan
engagement, membership growth, maximizing attendance, and driving commercial
outcomes across partners and retail.  As Marketing Manager, you'll
lead a team of three marketing professionals and work at the heart of our fan
team.

What You'll Do

Drive Membership Growth

  • Develop
    and execute acquisition campaigns across AFL and AFLW
  • Create
    conversion strategies that transform casual fans into passionate
    members
  • Manage
    our membership digital experience and microsite

Build Attendance

  • Plan
    and deliver ticketing and crowd build campaigns
  • Develop
    strategies to boost member attendance and create unforgettable match day
    experiences
  • Manage
    AFL digital co-fund initiatives

Lead Commercial Integration

  • Support
    retail campaigns and guernsey launches in partnership with our merchandise
    team
  • Drive
    best-in-class integration with commercial partners
  • Oversee
    CRM strategy and email marketing programs
  • Create
    marketing plans for The Precinct at Alberton and Port Adelaide Academy of
    Sport

Inspire Your Team

  • Lead
    and develop a team of three marketing professionals
  • Foster
    collaboration across consumer, commercial, and creative teams
  • Champion
    transparent reporting and celebrate team successes
  • Build
    strong stakeholder relationships across the organization

What You'll Bring

  • 5+
    years of marketing experience with demonstrated people leadership
  • Proven
    track record in campaign development and execution across multiple
    channels
  • Strong
    analytical skills with experience in performance marketing and data-driven
    decision making
  • Excellence
    in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Understanding
    of membership/subscription marketing principles
  • Passion
    for sport and understanding of the unique dynamics of fan engagement
  • Energy,
    creativity, and a results-oriented mindset
