Assistant Cellar Door Manager

Permanent Part Time position 4 days per week

Xanadu Wines is looking for a Cellar Door Assistant Manager.

Are you passionate about Wine? Are you a customer service superstar? Do you want to be part of a great team situated in the heart of the Margaret River Wine Region. If so, then we want to hear from you.

Key Objective:

To assist in the running of day-to-day operations of our Cellar Door including wine tastings and retail wine sales. This role is a hands-on customer service position, with most of your time spent engaging with customers and supporting our fabulous team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Cellar Door Manager with day to day tasks
  • Delivery of wine tastings to individuals, groups and trade visitors
  • Conducting Wine Tours
  • Sales & promotion of our Wine Club
  • Providing exceptional Customer Service

Personal attributes

  • A passion for wine and a strong desire to share your enthusiasm with customers and staff
  • Extensive level wine knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Proven planning and problem solving
  • Organised attention to detail and a "can do" attitude.
  • Computer literate, including working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Current Approved Managers & RSA certificate
  • The candidates must have the right to work in Australia.
