Sales Estimator

We are currently seeking a Sales Estimator to join our Estimating team, based in our office at Springwood, QLD.

About The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing cost estimates that include customer selections, variations and site costs - ensuring we deliver the right documentation to support a smooth and informed customer journey.

This role works within the larger Estimating team, collaborating closely with internal departments to turn our customers' dream homes into a reality.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Prepare accurate cost estimates (tenders) across a set number of jobs.
• Calculate pricing for fixed site costs and variations
• Review plans, documentation and inclusions to ensure clear, customer-friendly descriptions
• Investigate supplier, trade and construction queries as needed
• Deliver timely, accurate post-contract variations and re-tenders
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet agreed deadlines and standards

About You
You're detailed oriented, methodical and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. With experience in residential construction and Sales Estimating specifically, you know how to interpret plans and specifications, apply standard building practices and confidently cost up a new home - down to the last detail.

Your strong understanding of construction terminology, inclusions and pricing logic allows you to produce accurate tenders and variations that support both the sales process and our customers' decision-making.

You are confident working with internal teams and can balance accuracy with efficiency. Ideally, you are familiar with industry estimating systems and hold a Cert IV in Building and Construction or have equivalent industry experience.
