We are currently seeking a skilled Massage Therapist to join our team of therapists and wellness professionals, working on a full-time basis and reporting to KAILO's Operation Manager.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide customised massage treatments tailored to individual client's needs, focusing on promoting recovery, alleviating pain, and improving physical function
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' medical history, current conditions and desired outcomes to design treatment plans
• Utilise advanced massage techniques such as deep tissue, pregnancy, cupping therapy, and lymphatic drainage to address musculoskeletal issues and support overall wellness
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, stretches, and lifestyle modifications to support continued therapeutic benefits
• Maintain clients' records including treatments notes, progress evaluations and follow-up recommendations
• Contribute to the development of wellness programs and workshops
• Collaborate with others health professionals such as nutritionists and myofascial therapists to develop integrated treatments plans
• Maintain a clean, safe workplace, adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Willingness to undertake professional development courses to stay updated in industry practices.

ABOUT YOU…

Qualifications:

• Certificate IV in Massage Therapy (minimum); a Diploma in Remedial Massage or equivalent is preferred
• Proficiency in Pregnancy Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Deep Tissue Therapy, Cupping or/and Dry needling and Spa body treatments
• Additional qualifications in holistic therapies that complement massage therapy such as Aromatherapy highly valued
• Nutrition/holistic wellness/other specialised health qualification will be highly regarded
• Relevant industry insurance and current first aid, CPR
• Current professional Association Membership

The ideal person for this role has:

• A minimum 1.5 years working as part of a team with proven hands-on proven experience in massage therapy
• A successful portfolio of rebooking clients during previous roles
• Background working luxury and/or high-end settings highly desired

• Confident in working within a multidisciplinary team
• Skilled in various therapeutic techniques to offer extra personalised treatments
• Have an excellent understanding of human anatomy and physiology
• Possess the ability to assess and create personalised treatment plans
• Strong capacity to build rapport with clients ensuring comfort and trust
• Empathetic and supportive towards clients and team members
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to effectively interact with clients and understand their concerns
• Physical stamina and strength to perform massage for extended periods without compromising techniques or client safety
• Problem-solving skills to adapt techniques and approaches to different clients' needs and responses
• Time management and organisational skills for efficient scheduling and session planning
• Commitment to both professional and personal development as a therapist
• Willingness to assist with administrative tasks and maintain a clean and organised and collaborative working environment
• Flexible availability to work full-time, including weekend and evening shifts

REMUNERATION: $50-60PH
