We're looking for a motivated Skin Therapist to join our growing team.

What we're looking for:

  1. Formal qualification in Beauty Therapy or Skin Therapy, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  2. Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and the latest skincare technologies and treatments
  3. Excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills, with the ability to tailor services to individual client needs
  4. Exceptional customer service orientation, with a passion for helping clients achieve their skin goals
  5. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  6. Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
  7. Someone eager to learn new skills

What you'll be doing:

  1. Perform a range of advanced skin treatments, including facials, peels, LED light therapy, HydraFacial and laser treatments (in clinic training on treatments provided).
  2. Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and develop personalised treatment plans
  3. Recommend and sell high-quality skincare products to support the ongoing care of clients' skin
  4. Ensure all treatment rooms and equipment are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  5. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and a positive client experience at all times
