Physio Elements is a well-established, one-stop health and wellness clinic just 10 minutes from Ringwood and Eastlink.

We provide physiotherapy and remedial massage services to all age groups to treat musculoskeletal & sports injuries, in addition to Exercise Therapy classes in our fully established and equipped physio Private Practice and Exercise / Pilates studio which are run by some of our physios and a Pilates instructor.

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate Myotherapist / Remedial Massage Therapist to join our friendly team.

This contractor / casual role (or part time hours can be worked out as well), will see you taking over an existing caseload of our rapidly growing client base as our Remedial Massage therapist is moving on to study further. We are searching for a contractor / casual / part time Myotherapist or Remedial Massage Therapist to join our growing private practice. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, highly motivated and willing to go the extra mile. Someone who wants to work in a beautiful relaxing massage environment to treat clients on a regular basis and to educate clients on how to look after their bodies at home in addition to regular massage treatments. 

Requirements

  • Certified to perform Massage (Remedial or Myotherapy qualifications with a Medicare provider number highly desirable)
  • Hold relevant association registrations and professional indemnity insurance
  • Exceptional communication skills and a warm professional manner

Duties Include

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure clients are looked after to the highest standard
  • Evaluate client's condition and develop a proposed treatment plan
  • Maintain accurate treatment records for clients on Cliniko software
  • Basic administration tasks and maintaining a clean work space

You would be expected to be able to provide exceptional care, including myo/massage, deep tissue, cupping, dry needling and rehabilitation.
