About the role

As a casual Beauty Therapist at Pearl of Beauty in Port Pirie, SA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality beauty treatments to our valued clients. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team in a vibrant, growing business that is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  1. Performing a wide range of beauty treatments including Facial Treatments, Manicures, Pedicures, Waxing, Eyebrow Treatments, Massage, Exceed Microneedling, Led Light Therapy, Spray Tanning, and more.
  2. Providing personalised and tailored service to each client to meet their individual needs and preferences
  3. Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised work environment
  4. Adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols
  5. Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our services
  6. Promoting and selling retail products to clients as appropriate
  7. Accurately recording client details and treatment information

What we're looking for

  1. Formal qualifications in Beauty Therapy or a related field
  2. Certificate IV qualification in Beauty Therapy is required
  3. Previous experience working as a Beauty Therapist, preferably in a salon or spa environment
  4. Minimum of 6-12 months beauty therapy experience is required
  5. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised, professional, and friendly experience
  6. Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
  7. A creative flair and an eye for detail
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  9. A passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development
  10. Reliability, good work ethic, drive and passion for your industry.
  11. Australian work rights are essential for this position
