Cutover Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Cutover Manager to lead a SAP to Workday migration, for a fast scaling and innovative business. This is a hands-on, end-to-end cutover role and we're looking for someone who can own the full lifecycle - planning, execution and post-go-live support.
About the Role:
- Lead the cutover process from start to finish, ensuring smooth system transition
- Switch off legacy SAP systems and integrate new Workday solutions
- Develop cutover plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage risks
- Oversee hypercare and post-go-live activities to ensure seamless operations
- Provide expert guidance to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business objectives
What We're Looking For:
- Proven end-to-end SAP cutover experience - must have full lifecycle experience
- Ability to manage complex integrations and system shutdowns
- Strong planning, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Workday experience is a plus but not essential
This is a 6-month contract paying $1100/day + super.
