The ideal candidate will have deep experience managing complex infrastructure rollouts in geographically dispersed environments, ensuring seamless network upgrades with minimal disruption to business operations. 

Job Function: 

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end network refresh projects (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi) across multiple sites.
  • Coordinate the replacement, configuration, and deployment of network hardware (switches, routers, firewalls, access points) in alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and communication plans.
  • Manage site readiness assessments, logistics, and scheduling of on-site engineering teams.
  • Work closely with network engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition and cutover.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with change management processes and documentation standards.
  • Oversee vendor engagement, procurement coordination, and delivery of hardware and services.
  • Lead UAT and post-implementation validation, ensuring performance and connectivity objectives are met.
  • Drive continuous improvement and lessons-learned reviews for future refresh cycles.

Skills & Experience: 

  • 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or network project management.
  • Proven success managing multi-site or distributed environment projects (e.g., retail branches, data centres, manufacturing plants, or logistics sites).
  • Strong understanding of network technologies, including Cisco, Aruba, Meraki, or similar enterprise solutions.
  • Experience with structured cabling, WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi deployments, and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and change control best practices.

Desirable Qualifications 

  • Experience in large-scale infrastructure modernization or network transformation programs.
  • Background in retail, logistics, manufacturing, or healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with asset lifecycle management and site cutover planning.
  • Understanding of network security standards and compliance frameworks.
