About the role

Cbus is embarking on an exciting journey to elevate our risk culture, frameworks, tools, governance and reporting and is seeking a new Change Manager to join our team. Working along side Project Managers, SME's and technical delivery teams to embed changes the Change Manager will design, develop and implement change management activities across our Risk Transformation program of work. You will conduct change impact assessments, design effective change management and communication plans, enable change readiness, manage stakeholder engagement plans and report on the status and progress of initiatives.

Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct change analysis, business impact assessments and identify people-related risks with mitigation strategies
  • Develop and deliver structured change plans, communications strategies and stakeholder engagement activities
  • Prepare documentation for SteerCo, Board and Project forums etc
  • Plan, implement and embed change activities across projects, ensuring readiness and adoption
  • Apply structured change management approach and methodology including communication strategies, stakeholder and change interventions
  • Track change effectiveness through reporting tools like heatmaps and manage training needs and adoption metrics
What will you bring?
  • Experience in a similar Change Manager role delivering risk transformation or uplift in a highly regulated industry such as superannuation or financial services
  • Proven ability to delivery change in complex environments using structured methodologies
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering change in an Agile environment using JIRA/Confluence and Visio
  • Previous experience utilising an industry standard change management discipline (formal certification in Prosci ADKAR model or PCI would be highly regarded)
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent organisational and analytical capabilities with the ability to manage competing priorities
